Shipping by CTT e DHL

The shipment, through DHL or CTT, is only made after the item payment and has an additional shipping cost, according to the weight and size of the bicycle and that corresponds to the freight for Continental Portugal. In some brands the shipping is free.

Bicycles are properly packed in cardboard boxes, and you should always read the manual to be able to make the respective adjustments. We recommend a workshop in your area of residence. You can always ask for help using the contact form here.

The technical assistance of bicycles can be given on any of the authorized agents of the respective brand, but for warranty purposes, should contact us first.

All bicycles have a 2-year warranty. Some brands may offer larger warranties, such as Brooks (10 years) or Véli (5 years)

The order of bicycles for pick up in BK Lisboa, is only made after the payment of the item. 

  

Return Conditions


BK Lisboa has the greatest concern for the quality of the products it sells and the services it provides. In case the customer detects defects in some products can make the return of the product purchased. You can also indicate your dissatisfaction through the contact page or using the email.

In case of return of a product, the following rules must be respected in order to be able to return the entire value:

The product must have the same packaging conditions and include all accessories that accompany the product;
The product must be in the same state when purchased, with no signs of use;
Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the value of the product. In the case of a free shipping, it is considered a cost of € 10 per bike and € 8 in the case of accessories that will be deducted from the total value of the invoice;
The return must be made within the maximum limit of 10 continuous days after purchase.


Warranty

Warranty conditions are in the instruction manual attached to the bike.
Briefly, they are within the period of 2 years warranty, the following:
-Fracture and deformation, since not caused by shock or overloads
-wheel deformed when unpacking.
-Broken gears when unpacking.
-Broken brake system when unpacking
-Crankset: deformation of the cranks (crank and chainring) 
-Saddle / Seatpost: structure rupture. Rupture / deformation / fracture of the seatpost.
-Handlebar / Spigot: breakage / fracture / deformation, since not caused by shock or overload.
All other situations are not covered by the warranty.

Accessories and bicycle components
All bike components and accessories sold in bkportugal.com site follow the warranty rules in the websites of the respective brands. Any question about the warranty, you must contact us through our contact page.

Véli Bikes
5 years warranty for the following situations:
-Frame fracture and deformation, since not caused by shock or overloads

2 years warranty
-wheel deformed when unpacking.
-Broken gears when unpacking.
-Broken brake system when unpacking
-Crankset: deformation of the cranks (crank and chainring) 
-Saddle / Seatpost: structure rupture. Rupture / deformation / fracture of the seatpost.
-Handlebar / Spigot: breakage / fracture / deformation, since not caused by shock or overload.
All other situations are not covered by the warranty.
